The Fifth Element

Brick factory the Fifth Element is one of the most modern factories in Russia specializing in ceramic bricks with automated production lines of the world leader Keller HCW GmbH. The factory has been functioning since February 2010. At present the factory’s assortment includes over 20 types of ceramic products: clinker, face brick, common brick, clay blocks manufactured in conformity with the Russian and European standards.

All factory products have certificates GOST 530-2012, and the face products 1NF received European quality certificate EN 771-1:2011. A unique offer of brick factory the Fifth Element is face flash brick 1NF used for Bavarian brickwork. The quality control of the manufactured products is carried out round-the-clock for 12 technical parameters by the factory’s own testing laboratory of the quality control department on the factory territory. Raw materials are extracted from the factory’s own unique deposits of clay and sand that make it possible to manufacture products of the highest quality for more than 70 years.
